I’m still trying to “get it right” in a lot of areas, including this blog. Learning to enjoy “the journey” is pretty hard for this perfectionist.
This blog are my notes of what I see, hear and think about HR and the business it is suppose to further. User experience (UX) in finding, engaging and motivating people for big, hairy, audacious goal is a huge interest of mine.
